It is never our intention to make money on shipping. We strive to always be fair and reasonable in both our pricing and our shipping charges. We deliver both in house and with respectful freight partners and always take full responsibility for all logistics and care. Furniture delivery can be complex so please take the time to consider the following.

Before purchasing an item, it’s important to consider how your new piece will make its journey to your desired space.

While we aim to offer an affordable delivery service, we want to minimise any issues that may arise when moving your piece into your space. To ensure your delivery does not require additional assistance or incur an additional fee, please consider the following:

Measure fit

  • Before purchasing your item, we recommend double checking the piece will fit appropriately in its intended space.

  • It’s best to mark out the length and width of your piece with masking tape to give an accurate idea of scale. Consider the room around your piece, and account for best use and functionality.

The path for delivery

  • By measuring and checking access, you can be certain your piece will fit through your doors and seamlessly make its way into any room safely. We also recommend checking the outdoor access to your property in case this may pose any challenges.  

  • For standard delivery, the width of your item must be less than the opening of any applicable doorway or hallway. Do not assume that because the height is less – the item can be placed on its side.  

Dimension details

  • All product dimensions including length, width and height will be specified throughout the ordering process. Please take the time to double check these prior to placing your order and purchasing your item.

  1. Doorways: Have you checked the width of the narrowest doorway your item/s must pass through? Yes, it’s ___________________mm.

  2. Hallways: Are there any narrow hallways or sharp turns? Y/N

  3. Internal access: Are there any stairs? Y/N

  4. External access: Are there any outdoor stairs, slopes or long distances involved in moving the item/s? Y/N

All initial quotes are for standard delivery. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that an item can be delivered to your location and moved into its final space.
